Shipping policy

Following are the terms and conditions of our Shipping Policy.

Processing

All orders are currently being processed within 14-21 business days. This does not include weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via the contact information you have provided.

 

Shipping

R5 Design Co ships to addresses within the U.S. and U.S. Territories.

At this time, we currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping within the U.S. takes on average 5 business days. Due to the effects of COVID19, our freight carriers have experienced an increased volume and delay times. Please allow additional time for transit during this time.


Shipping Cost

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout and are based on a current fee schedule provided by our freight carriers (USPS and UPS). Prices are subject to change.



You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Lost or Damaged

R5 Design Co is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

International Shipping

At this time we do no currently offer international shipping.
