Refund policy

CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

Our policy lasts 3 days from purchase. If 3 days have gone by since you ordered, unfortunately no refund will be given.

All custom orders, gift cards and digital products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

REFUNDS

Refunds are only given in cases of defective or damaged product.  There will be no refund for lost, stolen, or incorrect size. If your item is defective or damaged, please contact jg.roddy@r5designco.com. 

If you are refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 - 5 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.


If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at returns@r5designco.com.

Sale items 
All clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return and refund.

Exchanges 
Only defective or damaged items may be exchanged for the same item. If you need to make an exchange, please send us an email to returns@r5designco.com for instructions.

Shipping
To return your product, please contact us: jg.roddy@r5designco.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your non-defective item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
