Who is R5 Design Co?

We are a "Mom and Pop" shop local to the Lehigh Valley and have been a part of the BCS family for the last 3+ years. First and foremost, we are a custom design shop and we specialize in graphic design. We also customize made-to-order apparel, accessories and drinkware.

How long will it take to get my order?

Our current processing turnaround time (TAT) is 14 - 21 business days (M-F). This excludes the day you order, weekends and holidays. Shipping time is additional and varies depending on the carrier and plan chosen at checkout. If you order on the weekend, your TAT begins the next business day.

Please note choosing a faster shipping option does not decrease the processing time. It only creates a shorter shipping time once the order has been shipped.

Why is the TAT so long?

Each order is made-to-order. There is no stock inventory and the process starts when your order is submitted.

Is there a physical store we can visit to see the items?

Unfortunately, not at this time. As this is a made-to-order process, we do not store inventory.

Can we exchange items ordered in the wrong size?

Because our process is made-to-order and we don't keep inventory of apparel on hand, our default exchange, return and refund policy applies only to defective items or processing errors. Despite these terms, please don't hesitate to reach out to jg.roddy@r5designco.com.

As a friendly reminder, there are sizing guides on the site for each item. Scroll through the pictures to find them. These come directly from the apparel manufacturer and differ amongst each apparel item. They will be your best reference for ensuring proper fit.

What are the brands that you use?

We now have two brands we offer: Bella Canvas (most preferred) and Gildan.

 

Bella Canvas is a more premium brand most known for it's softness. Gildan is a quality item but more affordable option.

All items chosen are quality items selected for the entire BCS community. Brands are substituted based on current inventory with our vendors. If a brand needs to be switched, you will be notified of the substitution.
